Introduction
At Forest Hill Real Estate Inc. (Forest Hill), we understand the importance of the protection of the privacy of the personal information of individuals, including Forest Hill sales associates. This document sets out our policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

Accountability
Forest Hill has designated a Privacy Compliance Officer to handle privacy matters and inquiries regarding personal information.

Purposes
Forest Hill collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information of Forest Hill sales associates, clients and customers only as necessary to operate the Forest Hill Real Estate Brokerage, and to provide services to Forest Hill sales associates, clients and customers. This includes, but is not limited to, compiling statistics for analytical and marketing purposes.

Disclosure of Personal Information
Forest Hill will disclose personal information only if consent is given by the relevant individual or:
    1.    when permitted or required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or other legal process;
    2.    to meet legal obligations such as tax and regulatory reporting.

Protecting Personal Information
Forest Hill protects personal information with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

An individual may submit a written request to access his or her personal information retained by Forest Hill.
